Nine Lives by Danielle Steel

Maggie Kelly came of age in the shadow of grief. Her father, daredevil pilot, died when she was nine. As Maggie's mother struggled to put their lives back together, she warns her daughter about risk-taking men.

Following her mother’s advice, Maggie forgoes the magic of first love with a free-spirited high school boyfriend and marries a good, dependable man. They find happiness in a suburban life – until tragedy strikes again.

On her own, longing for adventure for the first time, Maggie decides to face her fears on a whirlwind trip through Europe, finally arriving in Monaco. But when her travels reconnect her with the irresistible, thrill-seeking man from her past, Maggie is terrified that rushing into love may end in disaster. But while she tries to outrun her fears, fate surprises her in a remarkable way. Can she learn to walk the tightrope between danger and courage, and between wisdom and love?

I foldformed a nice chunk of sterling sheet, then impressed textured elements into that, carved out a spot for a lovely synthetic blue sapphire, and finally added some motion with the beaded and wavy line elements. Sounds easy, right? Believe me, it's fun but not easy!

The result is a jazzy, freespirited ring perfect for blue jeans and tee shirt days.

Well, when I went to change her out of her stock, I was thinking something casual, maybe putting her hair in ponytails. Maybe changing her name to Mindy. But Simone said "Non, non! I am a freespirited French girl! And Mindy?! Mais NON! I will run away and join the circus! Perhaps as an animal trainer. Or a knife thrower. I think I could be good at that, perhaps you will let me practice?" She also decided to adopt a second dog and immediately demanded that I add dog food money to her clothing budget. I told her she didn't have a clothing budget, but she just looked at me pityingly and said, "But of course I do..."

BTW, this is my new "anti-light box". It's just a black storage cube I stuck on my bookshelf to put my dolls in, but I discovered it catches the little light from my window in the day and makes a good background. You'll be seeing more of it!

ZIMIJA Samurai Jacket is made from 100% cotton or linen and features a wider armhole for an easy, casual fit. It is inspired by HAORI, traditional japanese samurai jacket combined with Zmijanje embroidery, implemented in traditional indian woodblock printing technique. While the Haori is traditionally worn over kimono, the simple, understated design means it can be easily paired with modern fashion, which gives the impresion of a freespirited, yet strong man.

Inspired by ŠALVARE, an indispensable part of traditional men costume from Zmijanje, and TATTSUKE-BAKAMA, traditional japanese samurai pants. Meant for every man who treasures the freedom of movement, uniqueness and authenticity.

Unique shirt inspired by two traditional shirts, RUBINE from Zmijanje, and JUBAN from Japan. It is also available in a version with Zmijanje embroidery, implemented in traditional indian woodblock printing technique.

Natural material gives this shirt an extremely comfortable feel. It could be combined for both casual and elegant look, giving the impression of a self-aware man.

Zmijanje.design project by IMAGINARIUM Studio is devoted to the Zmijanje area heritage, specially Zmijanje Embroidery that is listed as Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2014.
