Jessie is a beautiful freespirited bride and she wanted bridal mehendi for her wedding.
The main mehendi that Jessie wanted was a mandala on her back. All the elements she wanted were incorporated and also repeated thru the hands and feet design.
To give the paisley/mango shapes the fishlike look she wanted, they were filled mainly with just 'humps' to appear as scales.

Jessie is a beautiful freespirited bride and she wanted bridal mehendi for her wedding.
For Jessie's feet she had liked the negative space of some bridal feet I had previously done. Again, incorporating the leaves she liked, the paisley/fish, and hawaiian themed flowers we ended up with this pattern.
Size: 11X14”
Medium: oil on canvas
Description: I really wanted to portray the feeling of free-spirited, blissful movement. I have felt the way that this fairy feels in this snapshot. It reminds me of jumping in the warm ocean. My highest value is freedom, and this picture captures that feeling of complete freedom. I don’t think you could ever pin this woman down.

ZIMIJA Samurai Jacket is made from 100% cotton or linen and features a wider armhole for an easy, casual fit. It is inspired by HAORI, traditional japanese samurai jacket combined with Zmijanje embroidery, implemented in traditional indian woodblock printing technique. While the Haori is traditionally worn over kimono, the simple, understated design means it can be easily paired with modern fashion, which gives the impresion of a freespirited, yet strong man.
Inspired by ŠALVARE, an indispensable part of traditional men costume from Zmijanje, and TATTSUKE-BAKAMA, traditional japanese samurai pants. Meant for every man who treasures the freedom of movement, uniqueness and authenticity.
Unique shirt inspired by two traditional shirts, RUBINE from Zmijanje, and JUBAN from Japan. It is also available in a version with Zmijanje embroidery, implemented in traditional indian woodblock printing technique.
Natural material gives this shirt an extremely comfortable feel. It could be combined for both casual and elegant look, giving the impression of a self-aware man.
Zmijanje.design project by IMAGINARIUM Studio is devoted to the Zmijanje area heritage, specially Zmijanje Embroidery that is listed as Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2014.
