Richard Stallman is something of a legend. He singlehandedly launched the Free Software movement, and the GNU project and has been campaigning for software freedom for almost as long as there have been usable home computers. I jumped at the opportunity to see him talk at the Institution of Engineering and Technology. His topic was "A Free Digital Society", and he spoke on the various problems — nonfree software, software as a service, invasion of privacy, and such — that are often ignored by the discourse of digital inclusion.

Trashware tries to find a solution to this shame by collecting these computers, make them useful again using Free Software and donating them to local associations, schools, ...

This is a new penguin character that I 've created!! It is a special custom order. This penguin wears its favourite hoodie with a hamburger logo at the back and has its purple bear friend in its pocket. It is a DJ penguin that 's why the headphones, ready to rock. It measures 13 inches (34 cm) high and the widest part of his belly has a circumference of 29 inches (75 cm).
