Constructed this a while back when I was fooling with my black and whites. I may have gone just a teeny bit too far, but I was having lots of fun. Original is below. Try it in large!

Framed by the base of the old steam engine water tank near Meranburn, we see 8834 cruising downgrade towards Manildra.

This is a picture frame covered in beautiful polymer clay cane work and baubles. Notice the elaborate sunset cane! Plus two funky spiral canes. I love the look and feel of the baked clay, so I do not varnish my work - it's matte.

Waiting to leave Worksop with the 2D18 service to Nottingham. Worksop Station has experienced a renaissance recently with assistance and care coming from Friends of Worksop Station. I was given a guided tour of the station by Alan Smalley. A credit to all involved .

Framing the sun? Is this possible?

Sony A7R II + Phoenix/Samyang MC 18-28mm f/4-4.5.

Got this pic printed and framed.

It went into an existing frame so I have to get a new matte for it but otherwise I think it's looking good. I may need to lighten the left hand side a bit for future prints.

Image size is 10"x32"

Since I had this photo printed in a 8x12 format, it was a challenge to frame (it's not a common frame size). However, when I saw this 13x15 floating frame, I knew it would be a great fit.

YOU MUST know how much I LOVE COLOURS??? LOL

On the picturesque Fish-market of Brugge, we meet this weaver from Latvia again.

Last Summer we bought a scarf, pure linen, for Paul here, now we meet him: the creative textile designer – weaver Janis Rozentals

He began his career in the Old Town Riga and for several years wove on the wheeled loom and sold the scarves, all over the world.

Made out of linen, they are beautiful.

He loves Bruges.

Of course, we go home, with… yes, you’ve guessed it, another scarf!

If you are interested in seeing a dedicated artist at work.

He built his own frame!

I wish you a day full of beauty and thank you for your visit, Magda, (*_*)

Michelle's co-worker Ian gave us the scoop on DIY plexiglas floating picture frames. So we made 4 of them this weekend. Total pain in the ass, but they look great.

So I was a bit unclear as to WHAT exactly this was. So I opened it in the store to make sure the art came with it.
