Just as I've made a Toa Mata frame, ( www.flickr.com/photos/138769992@N07/23979828970/in/datepo... ) I've made a more flexible frame based on the 2003 Matoran. The proportions were a tad more difficult, but I still enjoy making these smaller scale builds.

Nummer 2 van de serie. Iets ander licht gebruikt en geplaatst. De zoektocht naar optimaal licht in combinatie met het onderwerp. Nu nog werken aan meer 3D. Ideeën genoeg.

Our revels now are ended. These our actors,

As I foretold you, were all spirits and

Are melted into air, into thin air:

And, like the baseless fabric of this vision,

The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces,

The solemn temples, the great globe itself,

Ye all which it inherit, shall dissolve

And, like this insubstantial pageant faded,

Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff

As dreams are made on, and our little life

Is rounded with a sleep.

This photo represents the deviation off the center line of the frame from the bottom bracket shell all the way to the head tube. Pretty much as perfect as frame alignment gets.

17x17 cm silver print. From the collection I'm working from two years ago. Rooms, spaces, doors, corridors, etc... Some of them already framed for a very small exhibition. It is quite difficult to appreciate the nuances, deep blacks and subtil lights as when you have the print in front of you.

What hides beyond the leaves.

A truck is 'naked' when it enters workshops like these. Craftsmen after that using a host of woods ranging from Shisham to Oak build up the body behind it. That's why their known as 'Body Makers'. Those bodies are made of wood and used to haul everything from sand to packaged goods.

Frame respacing tools:

-big piece of wood for bending the rear triangle

-sock tied around frame where I'm going to apply the big piece of wood. That stops paint damage

-Park's actual genuine dropout alignment tools. Sheldon says there is no easy substitute, so it's lucky I have a set. Thanks, John!

There are so many different options for framed. I thought I'd give this one a try, I hope you like it.

Group: Focus on me

We were very remote off-road camping when I took this shot.

Trying to find the name of this river, it is just west of the Squamish River. It may be the Ashlu River. It is hard to tell on the off-road maps. It has a very strong current over rapids at this point. Love the twisted tree that looks like it is growing out of the rock, the "natural frame".

Snagged a pic of this little dude today under the arch. I love how the picture is framed!
