It's amazing what one can do with an old picture frame. In the next three shots I'll give you some ideas.
Sukhothai Historical Park, Thailand. The many white egrets in the trees have found the perfect resting spot.
2C38 Worcester to Whitlocks End is momentarily framed in the arm of a Leibher materials handler as it deposits another bucket full of aggregate from 6G80 into one of the bays at the Cemex Small Heath terminal.
Male Eastern Bluebird chose a nice spot for his 2022 winter portrait. He checked an old nest site; I hope he will return. Morgan County, Alabama.

#50 - 100 x challenge - Lensbaby
These pretty and unusual flowers were in my flower delivery a couple of weeks ago and are only just showing signs of wilting. I wanted to get a photo before they finish completely. They are called ornithogalum (thank goodness they are prettier than their name!)
The lace is a scarf I bought in Bruges a few years ago, the charms on the frame are part of the scarf. I always like to bring something home to remember my travels...when I used to travel!
Lensbaby Velvet 56...I know the Velvet isn't really made for flat lay style but I still like the glow it gives.
Halfway through my 100 x challenge.
This is the neat view I had on my hike back out from the sunset spot I had while at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Here with some of the burnt trees in this section along the ridge, this evening blue hour view from the highlands overlooking the open area below with the lights of Montrose, Colorado there framed in this view next to the neat left over trees.
View below in the comments is the capture taken of the Canyon prior to this capture (during the hike back out through the woods from the overlook)
Enjoyed magical effect of levitation at the hotel bar which offers a sweeping view of Tokyo in the blue hour.
On both sides, glass art illuminated with green light symbolizes a water fall which echoes the sound of silence.
Late in the last month (July 2016), a new hotel opened in the 180-meter-tall Kioi tower on the site of the Akasaka Prince Hotel formerly known as "Akapri" among Japanese business person preferring contraction of words.
Tokyo is constantly replacing the old with the new and the result of renewal is always more than amazing.

I greatly appreciate your interest in my photography.
I set up a still life shot and then put a frame in front of the still life setup to see how this would work for Subframing.
