Opuntia fragilis (Nutt.) Haw. This is the typical form showing no or few signs of introgression growing on the same quartz rock face (but not intermixed) with a hybrid form. Growing with Selaginella watsonii, Erigeron arenarioides, Eriogonum brevicaule and others.

This photograph was just and experiment outside of school in which I begged my unfortunate model, Kate, to lay in a filled bath fully clothed, and hold her head under the water. Very fun photoshoot!

I think that's correct. Again, very tiny - these wild daisy buds are miniature. The photo really has to be seen in large to make sense.
Sunday night - Mothers Day: Back at home, with the epinephrine and steroids doing their job we turned our attention to the piles of stuff that needed to be put away.
These weren't the only fragile things that night. The boy decided to be difficult when it was time to go to bed and I broke down crying trying to get him to cooperate. He finally went down and I went back to helping hubby get stuff put away.
So, you remember back here where I mentioned how the boy stomped on my foot? Yeah, it really started to hurt with all the running around moving furniture. And the exhaustion hit hard and I broke down again. Hubby gave me a big hug and ordered me to bed so I could get some rest.
Oh, did I happen to mention that hubby was leaving Monday morning on a 7 day trip? Yeah, I wasn't really looking forward to having to play the single mom for a week. I knew it was going to be stressful. I just didn't expect the stress to start on the Thursday before...

Line: I found the lines had many different forms in the photo I took. I found curved lines within the shapes of the flowers and in the dimension of the wings. I can see straight lines in the leafs and in the flower's centers. The curved lines add some form of dimension and make the shapes seem more shadowy in some places giving the photo a more 3D affect.
Colour: I really like how the colours all complement each other in this photo. They aren’t overwhelmingly blinding but are still bright enough to get your attention and make you examine the photo closer. And I found a nice balance between the warm and cool colours. If it wasn’t for the bright orangey red flowers the photo would actually have come out a lot darker and it wouldn’t draw as much attention to the butterfly. The flowers also do a great job in bringing out more specifically the tiny bright yellow spots on the wings.
Shape: The ridged shape of the butterfly’s wings separates it from the rest of the picture and makes it stand out and not just mesh in with the flowers in the picture. I think that the direction in which the spot shapes are laid out have something to do with the shape of the whole butterfly. I think if the spots were placed more inwards then the butterfly would seem less slender and more of a rounder shape.
Form: The darker colours and the line going down the center of the butterfly’s back makes it look more round and you can actually see the tiny hairs covering it’s body. And the natural lighting from about provides a warmish glow and adds an edge for the flowers giving them a further more 3D appearance.
Space: I think there is a good amount of positive and negative space in this photo. The negative space emphasizes the butterfly and its horizontal wing spanned, and the positive space gets emphasized by the showing of the negative, making the flowers more noticeable.
Texture: I really like the textures in this photo, the smoothness of the flower pedals, the powdery feel of the butterfly’s wings, and the softness of the butterfly’s tiny body. There are lots of other textures as well, there is the leathery feel of the leafs in the background, a rigid look from the steams of the plants and a plastic feel and appearance from the bits coming out of the flower tops.
Tone/Value: The above lighting brings the butterfly out more from the flowers giving it more depth.
Emphasis: Colours of the bright flowers emphasizes and brings out the colour in the butterfly’s wings. The shape of the butterfly itself pulls my gaze in a horizontal manner which lets me see the plants in the photo as well as the butterfly. The lighting more emphasizes the flowers but the flowers emphasize the butterfly so it all works I guess.
Movement: I captured the butterfly from its otherwise fluttering about motion to a frozen state of appearance. I think everything else in the photo looks like it is in motion and the butterfly is the only thing standing still, I kind of like that about the picture.
Balance: There is plenty of balance within this photo there is balance between the warm and the cool colours, there is balance between the positive and negative space, the is balance between the vertical and horizontal lines and the is balance between the lightness and shadowy areas in this picture.
Repetition/Pattern: The horizontal span of the wing as I said before leads and guides the eyes gaze in a horizontal view allowing the viewer to not only see the butterfly but also the plant life it sits on.
Contrast: The difference between the large flowers and leafs makes the butterfly seem small in comparison but in reality in is a large butterfly and is sitting in a large batch of flowers.
Unity: The whole picture works in unity, nothing is in the background that shouldn’t be, there is nice balance and the cool and warm colours mix nicely with one another.
I chose to do shots of a naked body to represent the fragility that can be found in nudity. There is no place to hide, we are stripped of all of the masks we wear to hide behind - “To be naked is to be without disguises.”
Allowing for yourself to be so open is also a sign of strength, owing to the fact that people can be both fragile and strong.
My second son , named Katjaneswaran who effected by symdrom Fragile X. We had noticed it when he is at age of 9 years old and now he is 15 years old.He was looked normal but he behavior is just as 5 years old. Very scared type,not able to remember general instruction like wash hand after go for toilet,arrange toys after play,etc.When he want pass urin or motion,he never tell anyone and he goes on his pants.We had undergone many difficulties to bring up him.He like to play like small kid and very stuband. All we as parent need to build up more patient and be cool all the time. Take it Policy

On December 14-15, 2017 the international research consortium led by the Lomonosov Moscow State University (School of World Politics - Center for Security and Development Studies), University of California (Irvine) and Institute for Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, held an international academic conference' Empowering Sustainability in a Fragile World' in partnership with the Russian International Affairs Council and with financial support from the Russian Science Foundation (project #15-18-30066).
The conference initiated a substantive discussion on the complex linkages between security, peace and development - the most pertinent in the vast region of the Middle East and North Africa suffering from institutional failures, bloody civil conflicts, escalation of great powers’ rivalries and the rising tide of Jihadism - between the security and development specialists, as well as experts on individual countries and regions from Russia, the Middle East and North Africa, Western Europe, and North America.
