Mingle Media TV and Red Carpet Report host, Linda Antwi, were invited to cover the LA Italia Film Festival Tribute to Quentin Tarantino at the 8th Annual Los Angeles Italia Film, Fashion and Art Festival at the Mann Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. The Festival paid tribute to the writer and director, and actors of the Oscar nominated tour de force Django Unchained. Quentin Tarantino will be honored with the Screenwriter of the Year Award for his creative genius behind Django Unchained, Tarantino's most successful film to date.

Christoph Waltz, who plays the role of Dr. King Shultz in Django will be awarded The Friend of Italy Award, whose past recipients include Tarantino, Helen Mirren, Samuel L. Jackson and Dennis Hopper.
Franco Nero, the original Django, and Dennis Christopher, who plays Moguy, will also be in attendance for the festivities. Following the presentation, Tarantino will introduce the documentary Franco Nero: The Man of A Thousand Faces followed by Sergio Corbucci’s Django

After a year of birthday events, Loyola University New Orleans punctuated the end of its centennial with a Jazz Fest-style celebration honoring its Founders Day. The Loyola Founders Fest was a free event for the Loyola community and took place Tuesday, April 16, 2013 in the Peace Quad. The event featured a New Orleans-style mini-festival including musical performances and fare featured at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.
The event showcased four musical acts on two stages and offered a selection of crawfish monica, Natchitoches meat pies, jama jama, and centennial birthday cake and souvenirs.
Happy Founders Day to the women of House of ΣΥΝ. We are celebrating 12 years in existence today, making us one of the oldest active Greek sororities in SecondLife and as us 2021 a real life non-profit organization - established for, and unified by women of different creeds and cultures.
Since its founding on April 9, 2010, Sigma Upsilon Nu’s mission has been and still is to have a tremendous impact in the lives of woman across the grid. The Sorors of this prestigious organization are encouraged to examine their personal life and practice the values and principles that each have committed to in SecondLife and recognize it as a mission in their real life. Founders' Old Curmudgeon. First off, although the picture sucks (It is getting a little tiresome to find "new" picture places every night) that is sediment floating around the beer. Unfiltered at its finest. I don't know if it is all of the bourbon/oak beer I have been drinking lately, but the OC here certainly tastes of it. A definitely sippable beer...but for me, only every once in awhile.
