The Formula Run was a one lap event at the new Circuit of The Americas track in Austin, TX. The run was 2 weeks before the inaugural Formula 1 race, and it was slightly less than 3 1/2 miles and just over a standard 5K. Very neat to be on the track and see those insane turns up close.

I really appreciate feedback on my photos, but I don't want graphics in the comments unless it's relevant to my photo. A similar photo by you, for instance.
No group invitation graphics or 'this image was seen in ...' graphics. It's just annoying and clutters up the comments.

A chance find in a model shop yesterday was a series of Massey Ferguson and Claas keyrings made in China and imported by Universal Hobbies. They are all made to roughly the same size so the combine harvesters and modern tractors are to a very small scale but this Massey-Ferguson 135 appears to be exactly 1/76 and is identical in size to the Oxford Fordson. After removing the key chain a well-detailed model results; although it lacks an exhaust pipe that should be easy enough to fabricate from plastic tube. The 135 is very popular on the preservation scene and many examples can still be seen at work, so it doesn't look out of place on a modern-image layout.

Hong Kong maybe loaded with super cars... but not many are this super in the power and performance department!!
I was however expecting a few more people to be looking at it.... almost as many "security" people as people admiring it.
This car will be driven in Hong Kong on June 18th by Jaime Alguersuari from their sister team, Toro Rosso.
