I think the owner just got sick of trying to think of interesting names. This is roughly the equivalent of naming a restaurant "RSTUV"

Designed by Harvey Corbett (1873-1954), the building was commissioned by an Anglo-American trading organisation owned by Irving T. Bush (1869-1948).
Approval was granted in 1919, and the building was completed in 1923, with other wings added in 1928 and 1935.
The top of the portico has two statues symbolising Anglo-American friendship; these were sculpted by Malvina Hoffman (1885-1966).
In 1941, the BBC moved its foreign language broadcasting service here after Broadcasting House was bombed; in 1958 the rest of the Overseas Service moved in. In 2008 the BBC began relocating the World Service back to Broadcasting House.
The last broadcast at Bush House was 12 July 2012.

These booklets were printed in a variety of languages for parents to see if their kids were ready for school. The rocks were there to keep them from blowing away in the breeze. I'm pretty sure on most of these languages, but the third from the left (next to the white one, without the rock) I'm not sure of. If anyone could help me with that language, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
