For these photos, I took pictures of a brother and sister together for my first part. I used natural lighting as well as my Canon EOS 20D camera with my 18-55mm lens
for a lot of reasons: netflix movies, csp, and now local pizzeria (i.e. not the chains but the gourmet one) delivery. and when my stomach's a little better, i'll throw in a few beers. mmmmmm.

The course offer training in designing, implementing, and executing a preservation plan for your audiovisual collections.
The Winter School has been developed for collection holders and archivists from the Netherlands and abroad. This edition of the Winter School attracted participants from The Netherlands, Spain, Singapore and Brazil.

...and while we were drifting off of Angel Island, we had lots of company -- EVERYONE who'd sailed this way got stuck trying to round the corner into Raccoon Straits.
this photo gives me particular delight, as we'd nearly caught up with two boats that are far faster than Mouette -- one the left is Chesapeake, a Merit 25 which has beaten Mouette in races several times before -- and the large boat on the right is Golden Moon, the Express 37 I used to crew on!
edit: and I just found out WHY we were able to catch up with GM -- because they ran aground earlier in the race! oops...
