This is my friend, Jorge, who was the owner of the local, neighborhood market, called "Micro-Market," which was the only foodstore in this area of Playas de Tijuana.
As long as I can remember (this isn't going to be a Vic's story), this odd little foodstore has been on Freeport Boulevard. There's two little gas pumps just out of frame, and there's always at least one car parked out in front, even when they're closed. Maybe one of these days, I'll actually walk in.
