Black Sesame & Matcha Brioche | These lovely brioche buns are swirled with matcha inside and then sprinkled with a generous amount of black sesame seeds.
In Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Their famous quesadillas. Famous because the tortilla skins were made fresh and on site. We ordered the ones with mushroom. They were quite good.
onion, olive oil, yellow summer squash, and a small handful of yellow and red bell peppers. saute to get a little caramelization on the onion and squash.
I think it looks better than it tastes but others would disagree and say that it tastes just as good as it looks.
