A leader's job is not to do the work for others, it's to help others figure out how to do it themselves, to get things done, and to succeed beyond what they thought possible. - by Simon Sinek

They say: It is always safe to be in a pack? - On Small Town streets, these days, when especially if you are only on two wheels, where life can be like riding a bicycle: long as you just keep pedalling on or you just fall off. - Then only to find that you have got left behind from the pack!

I spotted these Cyclists on a resist visit to Settle Town, which is up in the Yorkshire Dales of England and which looks a cosy way to get around in this small town!

So, keep on pedalling my Flickr friends!

Grothes Sammlung umfasste über 800 Werke von mehr als 40 deutschen Künstlern.

Back to the Crayford Marshes taken last November! To get the colour all I did was to add yellow by taking the blue away!

The other side of the refuge looks something like this.

I admit it ... I'm a sucker for following paths and trails in forests, just to see where they go. Even the smallest deer trail can sometimes to great views or lovely waterfalls. There is something about the next peak or curve that pushes me on, no matter how tired I am, to see what is over that rise or round that corner. Unfortunately, though, I sometimes forget to take into consideration how much time and energy it takes to get back :(

So good to be here on a Monday, nobody around and the place all to ourselves. Val Venegia really is a silent and magical place in the off-season.
