More prayer flags above Leh, Ladakh.
Unhelpful travel tips: I was kidding about the marshmellow thing, I don't want to seem disrespectful of prayer flags, which are by far my favourite item of religious iconography. They just look better in a strong breeze than a crucifix does.
My last customised earring before my vacation, Fluttering Spring reminds me of the lovely spring awaiting us after the cold winter. To me, it symbolises hope, beauty and a new beginning for the coming year. Fluttering Spring is made with bronze butterfly charms, pink clay flowers, green czech glass leaves, green czech crystals, small green czech teardrop glass beads, pink czech crystals etc. May spring flutters into heart of the owner of this lovely jewel.
Ciao, my friends. I'll be flying off very soon :)
Fluttering Snow, at 5-6.5cm long, features a pair of beautiful matt gold butterfly charms, together with pretty white lucite flowers, czech glass beads, diamante, a bling bling swarovski teardrop crystal (that's crystal white/clear though it looks blue here due to light reflection), 14k gold-plated ear hooks etc. Very elegant & simply heavenly.
The most incredibly lightweight hem possible.

i actually gave this print to my sister and she was amazingly awesome and searched all over her campus to find a scanner to send me a copy!
Tweaked Silly Girls pattern with light blond hair, blue eyes and lilac gingham dress and bows. She is a bit disturbed by the butterfly that has landed on her head.
Here is a detail of the jewelry display I created at Flutter in Portland, Or. All of the jewelry is by Paper Treasure!

A project that has been brewing in my head for a long time... cruelty free butterfly displays. The butterflies are from vintage reference books and will be highlighted with paint and glossy sealer. The bases are made of the covers of some of the above mentioned reference books, decoupaged with more vintage book pages. I'm in love with the luna moth.
