Linear corrleation between Aortic blood velocity (ABV) and Aortic blood flow (ABF), calculated from ABV and aortic diameter (AoD). Data was obtained simulstaneoulsy using an esophageal echo-doppler (Hemosonic 100, Arrow Intl).
I used a little script (thanks OriginLab support!) to calculated aortic blood flow (ABF) from the data obtained from esophageal doppler, assuming that ABF = ABV * ((AoD^2*п)/4).
Small disparities during high aortic blood flow between ABV and ABF could make ABV to be misinterpreted as a surrogate index of SV in some circunstances.

Font Design in progress for itsnotprint.com. I hope to have three iterations of this one of which will be developed programmatically. There are some inconsistencies at the moment which I'll work out, but would love feedback before I finalize.
The Tramway at Chapple, where the Pottery Leat flows under the Tramway and the adjacent Chapple Road. The Pottery Leat is a man-made channel which brought water from Dartmoor to power the Bovey Tracey Pottery.

The Haytor Granite Tramway was constructed in 1820 to take Dartmoor granite, quarried at Haytor, down to the Stover Canal at Ventiford (the canal opened in 1792 originally to transport local clay). From Ventiford the granite was shipped by barge to Teignmouth, where it was transferred to sea-going vessels.
The trade declined after 1850 when cheaper Cornish granite became widely available, and the tramway had closed by 1858. The railway line to Moretonhampstead took over part of the route, but north of Brimley Road (west of Bovey Tracey) and up on to Dartmoor several sections of the tramway still remain and can be followed as public footpaths.
