Utah is promoting tourism to Europe. On our trip, we met many tourists from France and Germany. These people were all from France.

A very generous and very supportive friend bought me a short term membership to our local gym last month. I wasn't sure I could afford it, and in all honesty, I wasn't sure if I was up to the challenge of making it a priority. Well, I am proud to announce that after a month at the gym (going on average 5x/week) I am now down a whole dress size!!! And I have proven to myself that I am important and need to be taken care of properly. I love the way I look, and it's great for my emotional outlook as well. So, today I took the plunge and joined Synergy for the next year!! I am excited about this new adventure and what it means for me personally. So, Terri...weights and cardio tomorrow morning (after your massage, of course!) ?? :)
