This flashllight was left in my student dwelling my sophomore year. Over Christmas somebody broke into the rooming house I lived in and took a cassette tape deck that hooked up to a stereo system. They left the turntable.
And their flashlight.
I keep tripping over this thing at unexpected moments. I've officially thrown it out.

This is the woman I was talking about. Who is this? It's the same as in my sister's flashlight, and it's a bit of a mystery to us. Now, we know you get some strange stuff at the trinket stores (that's why we buy our presents there - it's fun), and it could be that this is just some woman they found a photo of and just decided to put in there, but why go through all that trouble? Maybe you're supposed to change the photo to that of a loved one? I haven't tried to open it, but I might just give it a try some day.
Now, my question is this: If this is NOT a random photo, then who the heck is she? And why is she hidden in this flashlight?

This 3D MagLite was modified by Nailbender, and has a d2Flex PWM driver to adjust brightness and runs for a VERY long time with this battery setup, even on high. It has a light orange-peel reflector. The DSVNI-binned P7 has very nice "buttery" tint.
My latest entry in the Lagoland Pretend Police collction is this radio and lit flashlight prop. Theradio is in the right hand in a drink pose, and the flashlight is held freely in the left hand.
