I found these advertisements in some old bank statements that I kept for too long. I thought they were pretty funny. Remember all the hype and panic about Y2K and how some people predicted that all the computers all over the world would crash and the banks would lose all our money records? Thankfully it all turned out to be nothing, but there was so much talk about it! Do you remember it?
a long, long time ago i was even nerdier and more awkward than i am now. hard to believe, but true. wow, those were some serious glasses.

No I did not see this guy outside of a burger joint, but he would have fit right in. He was clearly proud of his wheels and obviously drew plenty of attention from everybody that drove by. I am thinking this is about a 1947 Ford convertible, but not positive. Spotted outside of shopping mall in Surrey, B.C.
My camera went through a phase where it would fritz out on me, but I actually like this shot.

Il pupazzo a destra è sempre stato il protagonista di intere domeniche da nonna. Lo chiamavamo Ernesto. Secondo me perchè nonna si chiama Ernesta.... ma poi, vent'anni dopo, scopro che si chiama veramente così... (anche se non lui, l'amico, quello a sinistra!) e soprattutto, lo ritrovo sulla mensola di una cucina di Amsterdam!!
Vabè, insomma...... chi ha capito alzi la mano.
