Flaming Eagle - bottom right , resembles an Eagle flying into the explosion.
Did you know ... fireworks manufacturers name fireworks to identify the different fireworks... Yes ! They do !
.This is one from my Fireworks set, don't even try to check out ALL 36 right away, some night when you are bored... come back to the Set and have fun seeing if you see what I see. The smoke in some of these produces interesting shapes.

The Flaming Lips closed out day 2 of Rifflandia 2012 at Royal Athletic Park with quite possibly the best concert I've ever seen.
This is the lead singer of the Flaming lips. He came out to judge the costume contest and mill about with the crowd for a while.
I think he gave a guy dressed up as warewolf santa first prize.
NEW STREET SQUARE LAUNCH PARTY
December 4th saw New Street Square transformed into a magnificent winter wonderland this Christmas to celebrate its launch.
Everyone could come and enjoy a glass of mulled wine and some delicious winter warmers around ice bar and let yourself be charmed by stunning ice sculptures and live entertainment. Several acts performed on the evening:
FUSE
One of the most exciting and edgy electric violin groups, Linzi Stoppard and Ben Lee push the boundaries of musical convention with their passionate, live sets of rock, dance and contemporary melodies.
FLAMING OZ
An astonishing display of fire manipulation will amaze and delight. The group's high-impact blend of dance and artistry is not to be missed.

Flaming Lips secret show at SXSW. When they came back for their encore, Wayne said "oops, we forgot Peaches was here to sing with us". They then launched into a blistering cover of "War Pigs". I nearly lost my voice screaming along with 'em. And this was just the first night!! It was at about this time I decided I was definitely returning in 2007.
