This is still R. throwing a huge fit in the middle of the bay. Even though the horizon is pretty much in the middle of the shot and R. is centered and I threw out the rule of thirds completely I like this shot.
If you look closely, you can see that Mallory is crying in this picture. She started to throw a fit when Jonathan SAT DOWN in a chair on the back patio. I guess she thought we were done egg hunting? or getting ready to go inside? Who knows.
Age: almost 2
I used my Official Wii Fit sports bottle - come dumbbell for the first time.
It looks silly, it's hard to drink from, it makes horrible slurpy noises, and it's just damn right impractical :{
The Honda Fit is a remarkable automobile. It requires an oil change approximately every 30,000km, and gets 500km per tank of gas (last fill up was around $40.00.) It corners on rails, has a smooth transmission, a stiff suspension, a USB port for portable audio and plenty of room for a mobile lighting studio :)
Mental & Emotional:
Exercise benefits every part of the body including the mind. During strenuous physical activity the brain releases endorphins. When these “feel good” chemical are released they cause a sense of well-being, relaxation, and happiness.
- This release results in reduced stress and anxiety and an overall improvement in mood. Not only does a good workout release endorphins, but a person’s self-image is greatly improved after exercising. Who doesn’t feel proud about his or her body after finishing a 5k or doing a few extra reps when lifting or beating an old time in the 100 meter dash? By working out, you can significantly improve the way you feel about yourself physically, which in turn can help improve your mental self perception.
Exercise is a time to let your mind unwind while your body does the work. For example, when you stop actively trying to solve a mental challenge, the solution often pops into your head. Exercise is an opportunity for your subconscious mind to put together the pieces.
Energy/Sleep:
Exercise increases your energy, allowing you to be more productive, focused, and active throughout the day. Because of increased energy from a good workout, you can be more focused during the day as well as get better sleep at night. Also, by getting your heart rate up when exercising you increase your metabolism, which continues to work throughout the day, meaning you can eat more to keep up your energy and still maintain (or even lose) weight.
Physical:
- OF COURSE Exercise also improves physical appearance by toning the body. When a person feel’s good about their body, they begin to gain self confidence. Not only does exercise help a person look better NOW, but good exercise at a young age will help a person age better throughout their life in general. Women are especially prone to osteoporosis as they get older. Studies have found that weight-bearing exercise (ie: jumping, running, or brisk walking) can help people keep their bones strong.
