Fishtail Palm Caryota mitis near Camino Real Tikal Hotel, Guatemala. The fishtail refers to the shape of the leaves which is unique for palm trees.
Machapuchare from Chomrong. Machapuchare is also called fishtail due to it's resemblance. It is also a Holy Mountain and the summit has never been reached. A team of British came within 50m in 1957, but, turned back out of respect for local religious beliefs.

I'm not sure the exact species of this Caryota, but I love the visual texture of the triangular shaped leaflets.
