Not the best Bibimbap, but it is very delicious. While living in Australia, I was introduced to the Australian version of Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai food, which are hugely popular there. We eat Bibimbap during work lunch and it is like a ritual; and every weekend we would crave for Korean hot pot.
I would have to say that my best experience of Vietnamese, Thai and Korean food are found in Australia. Personally, I think they outshine the dishes in their countries of origin, based on my experiences during several trips.
