The opening parade and Ceremonies to kick off the much awaited Scouting Activities Camporee of 2014. The Scouting Camporee is a overnight school event for grades 4 to fourth year high school where they are taught the fundamentals of scouting such as the 101 of survival, first aid, and out door skills. For preschool to grade 3, scouting consist of educational games and activities to teach them the basic values of scouting such as obedience, teamwork, and helping one another.

Youth learn about pets while making a fun and usable first aid kit. Instructor: Kylee Plager, 4-H Volunteer
Prerequisite: Standard First Aid Level C (16hours) certificate valid within the last 3 years. Card must be valid at the date of the start of the class. No exceptions will be made.Comprehensive one- day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who trained in this program less then 3 years and want to recertify. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

First aid kits are an important tool that should be kept in every home because they contain many health tools that can be used in response to injuries of any severity. From cleaning and treating cuts, to treating a minor sprain, these kits can prevent conditions from worsening to larger health-related problems.
