The note reads:
Nemo
The Station Seal
This is an extract from the June 2007 edition of the Wick Scout Group Newsletter
At the beginning of this year vandals broke into the station and one of the things they dmagaed was a model of a seal pup. The cubs took it upon themselves to help the station by mending the seal. The poor pup was was subjected to the cubs first aid and after bandaging was given a Wick necktie and named Nemo. You can see Nemo at the train station and admire the boys and girls handiwork.
