Today Dad and I poured the concrete for the new walls which will attach our house to the garage.

Starting this project I thought it would be nice to take shots of all the houses I lived in during my life. Sofar I lived in 11 different houses, 10 of them located in the Netherlands and 1 located in Athens, Greece. So there will be at least 10 pictures in my stream.....Don´t think I will be in Athens before the project ends, but he, you never know.
This is the first house I ever lived in. We lived here till we were almost 4 yrs old.
I was planning to write down the things I really like about each house.
Since I was really small I don´t have a lot of memories ........
I remember the position of our beds in our bedroom, I remember sitting in the kitchen while mom or dad were doing their things.
Most of the things I do remember are actually outside of the house:
I remember the playground before the house and remember how we learned cycling behind the building.....
It was really fun to go back and see the place. The playground was so small......I thought is was huge and in my memory it was a long walk to the playground. It turned out to be less than 100 meters.....guess that everything looks bigger and longer to a 3yr old kid ;-)
It was also funny to notice that you remember a lot more once your back to the location.....

Thankfully, we only used 5 of them: 4 to represent "40," plus 1 makes 41. Otherwise the house would have burned down.

But this little girl came into our lives today. We are hoping she will go live with my parents. Of course, because she is a dog -- and a puppy, no less -- we had to photograph her to within an inch of her life.
