The first ever images of the Firefox Nebula. The remnants of a binary system that went supernova--the essence of the accretion disc now the prominent feature in this magnificent galactic nursery.
Taken with my Canon 40D and Tamron 18-250 macro.
This image is one exposure, and is not of the heavens, but rather of liquid and light. This was inspired by my new friend David Hull. I haven't quite cracked his code... but I'm onto him. :-)
Back when Firefox wasn't cool yet, I created a series of backgrounds and graphics. Hey, I even created a theme!
Here's the pumpkin stencil I created for my carving experiment. Doing so was way easier than I'd thought -- in GIMP, it's a simple Filters->Edge-Detect->Edge, followed by a Colors->Invert.

My attempt at recreating the Mozilla Foundation's awesome logo for their (also awesome) browser on a pumpkin face. Mixed results, mostly due to my inadequate skill at shading.
