♪♫ Everything Burns - Anastacia & Ben Moody
Sé que me repito de canción, pero es que no podía ser otra para esta canción!!
I know I'm using the same song as the last shot, but this song is also perfect for this shot!!!
No new good stuff to upload. Hopefully, I'll be able to get out to shoot sometime soon.
The red panda, Ailurus fulgens, is a small arboreal mammal native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China[2] and related to raccoons, skunks and weasels. It is the only extant species of the genus Ailurus and the family Ailuridae. Slightly larger than a domestic cat, it has reddish-brown fur, a long, shaggy tail, and a waddling gait due to its shorter front legs. It feeds mainly on bamboo, but is omnivorous and may also eat eggs, birds, insects, and small mammals. It is a solitary animal, mainly active from dusk to dawn, and is largely sedentary during the day. It is sometimes known as the shining-cat or the firefox.

My modest armament of tweaks to Firefox. It's just got a new addition - Google Browser Sync. It sounds niche at first, and a little scary - it syncs up the browsers you use on more than one computer, so that the bookmarks, history and saved passwords are the same.
But actually, this basically turns Firefox into the Google Browser, a program in which your Google account is your master login for all others, and your personal information is now completely detached from your home PC, and is entirely online and accessible anywhere. I am naive, and much more easily excited than concerned.
Firefox's Extension window is one of the slickest pieces of programming I've ever seen. When you open it, Update buttons appear next to anything that has a new version out, and you can click them all straight away and they'll all update simultaneously, in seconds, without asking you anything or making you click okay or waiting for each other to finish first or looking things up or conflicting or breaking or failing to find things. Extensions are user-created content; it's extraordinary to see the host program supporting them so dotingly.

Current Firefox logo.
Wow, there are so many copies of the ancient old Firefox logos on Flickr (do a search). Wonder how often people using the old logo just yoinked one from Flickr.
So imma upload one to hopefully shove out some of the older version from search. Can't hurt. :)
Jamie and Tobi of mozilla art extension fame are here at NYCResistor teaching people to make awesome firefox extensions to make the webpages we download better.
(On someone else's computer). The virus has somehow managed to show a fake Natwest login page, after the user visited the real login page with Firefox 8. The url appears to be correct, it is using https and there appears to be a valid certificate, but Natwest's genuine website never asks for the full PIN or password. The virus also redirects any connections to antivirus websites to 127.0.0.1 (but without using the hosts file), so none of them load. It also stops some antivirus programs from installing, and infects every .exe and .dll on any inserted USB stick. I haven't been able to remove it yet.
Flickr is a mess in Firefox. It started midday on Monday. I thought it was just another problem with the system (note the uploading problems on Monday), but eventually I realized that the site was showing up just fine in IE.
So what in the world is going on? I deleted the Flickr cookies, but that didn't change anything. The css files seem to come up fine on their own, but it looks like they're not being pulled in when rendering the basic pages.
Any ideas? Thanks!
In the end, clearing the cache worked. It's something I really didn't want to have to do, but after trying several other things, it was the only idea I had left.
I had been putting off a switch to Firefox mainly because I couldn't find a theme that I liked as much as the look and feel of Safari. Then Rick pointed me to the Safari Theme for firefox. After much gnashing of teeth in the bookmark-wrangling arena, I have it up and running and like it pretty well.
That's Safari on the top, Safari-themed Firefox on the bottom.
