We flew with Royal Brunei and on return, our luggage was filthy, covered in oil and dirt. On top of that, they were damp and water had got inside. To make it all worse, these grey suitcases were brand spanking new.

On complaining to Royal Brunei, they really couldn't give a toss.

May not look like anything, but it is in fact a very dirty goldendoodle.
