Hollywood Cheesecake
(alias The Standard Kraft Baked Cheesecake)
Ingredients
Base
• 1c biscuit crumbs (garaham cracker crumbs in North America; wine biscuits elsewhere)
• 9t sugar
• 9t butter or margarine
First layer
• 500g cream cheese (Philadelphia brand if you are going to be true to the original recipe) softened (as in, take it out of the fridge early on)
• 1/2c sugar
• 1 lemon
• 1/2t vanilla
• 2 eggs
Second layer
• 1c sour cream
• 6t sugar
• 1t vanilla
• 500g berries (any; possibly mixed)
• 1/3c sugar
• 1t vanilla
Method
Base
• Crumb the biscuits, if you live in a place where biscuit crumbs are hard to come by
• Combine crumbs with sugar and margarine
• Grease a 23cm (9") spring-form tin
• Press into the bottom of the tin
• Bake at 160℃ for 10 minutes. (I use blinding material, but the original does not call for it.)
First layer
• Take the rind off the lemon
• Juice the lemon
• Combine the cream cheese, sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice, and vanilla. If you have a cake mixer then medium-speed is fine. If not, use a spoon until it is well mixed (you should not see any cream cheese).
• Separate the eggs
• Add the yolks, one at a time, to the cream cheese
• Beat the egg-whites until stiff
• Fold the egg-whites into the cream cheese
• Pour cream cheese mix over the base
• Bake at 150℃ for 45 minutes
Second layer
• Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla
• Sample. Try not to eat it all.
• Carefully spread over the baked cream cheese layer
• Bake at 150℃ for another 10 minutes (I baked it for more like 20, but that may be me)
• Loosen tin
• Cool
• Chill
Topping
• Combine berries, sugar and vanilla
• Cook over a medium low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
• Moosh any berry that deserves mooshing
• Cool
• Puree a third? Maybe?
• Pour over cheesecake. Or icecream. Or a lover. Whatever.

I can't remember ever cuting off heads in a photo...
I laughed when I saw it and had to include this one. I think the missing heads emphasizes the filth on their bodies.

Ted having trouble with the beach chairs that acted as furniture at someone's brand new apartment. He and Gary then proceeded to pass out while Dooley and I went out and danced the night away at a show by the DJ BT. Keep in mind, I hadn't changed since the Hamptons Chic party and still looked like I had stumbled off a gay cruise.
