This is the front half of a toy X-Wing Fighter, Cleaned off the raft and glued a piece of 3mm ABS filament into it. Clip the filament to the right length about 3/8"

This is a photo of the filament drive pattern left behind by the pulley my co-worker designed and machined for me. It kind makes it look like a millipede.
Filament of Osram 2721 light bulb, used for automotive dashboard warning lights, taken with Minolta 12.5 f/2 bellows lens at 10mm extension. Stacked from 59 images. Actual magnification about 12.88x. The bulb was about 5mm in diameter before I broke it open to get a clear view of the filament. This is after applying power and letting the filament burn itself up. I didn't put a lot of effort into trying to clean up artifacts on this stack.

Shaped within a static prayer
Recall to one the chorister
Docile in his sexless dress.
The temperate winds reclaim the iced
Remorseless vapours of the snow.
The only pattern in the mind
Is the cross behind the Christ.
