This isn't as sharp as I would like - noisy too - battling dull days. However, I like the snapshot of a moment of bird interaction, that is hard to see otherwise.
This young otter brought its catch to the shore to eat but the crab was not giving up without a fight.

Two Pied Avocets (Recurvirostra avosetta) were fighting joyfully in a light mood while foraging in the morning. They were chasing each other and pushing each other with their long curved beaks. Here the full display of wings of the jumping avocet from the backside made a good looking composition. Pics was taken from rural side of Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India.
Spent an hour today with the members of a great band of horses from the Spring creek Range and these two were fighting off and on all the time

I was walking quietly with my beautiful and dear friend Bella, when she came to see something in a tree, I took the opportunity to throw a ball of snow at her and then the battle began... And this photo is how I finish.

A fight performed by two men armed with rattan sticks and shields made of cow-hide to protect their body from the strikes. This traditional style of fighting is performed on special events. The Pekembar or the judge determines whether the fight should carry on, or it has become too rough, one fighter is too injured, etc. Traditional music instruments accompany the fighting.

There are actually three Coots in this tangle - The middle one is submerged I think ! They fought for quite some time so I just kept snapping in the hope of capturing both the birds and the spray.
Goodness knows what the fight was about , or who the winner was!!
this little guy clearly had enough of being chased by his shadow all day...i don't know how the fight ended, but i think he won
The chessboard shook, the end was near,

The queen just smirked, the knights stood tall,

No simple check, no mate so clean,
Instead, they called "Guillotine!"
The blade came down, a final slice,
A sharper end, but oh—so nice.
The pawns looked on, a dreadful sight,
As the monarchy lost one last fight.
