This Grebe dove down, got a stick and swam around with it for about 5 minutes. It did this twice on 2 separate days.
Fun with a dog, an Orange Lacrosse Ball, and slow exposure values.
This one was 0.8 seconds.

We went for a walk through Forests for the World this afternoon and ran into a black lab. We're hoping that Toby was taking notes on how to jump from the dock to fetch his stick. I didn't get the name of the dog, but her owner was more than happy to get her to jump for the camera.
Playing a little fetch on our early evening walk yesterday. The weather has been up and down, but the nice days have been REALLY nice days... Fender is now 7 months old and growing to be a big handsome boy!!
No - we probably shouldn’t be out. The air quality is terrible- but so if Toby if he doesn’t get some exercise.

Lucy (who has never met a stick she doesn't like),
has adopted the trunk from last year's Christmas tree.
Difficult to believe, but she can actually run around with this.
Wondering how a Christmas tree ends up looking like this? The branches mulch perennials in the front yard where she can't get to them . . . yet.
Bought a few little stuffed animals two Saturdays ago. Four for a buck.
Tried with paint balls and nothing looked good.
The pellets were kind of fun. This is the first time I have seen anything a solid as string being towed by the pellet. I guess that it is light enough that inertia doesn't keep it in place.
Poor puppy.
Jamie never passes up a chance to play with doggies at the park. This dog in particular could go for hours, apparently. She'll bring the ball back to different people making sure everyone gets a turn <3
Dolce posing with a stick in Lynn Canyon. He does not actually like to fetch, but if you have treats he will do just about anything :)

Our Floris loves to play fetch:-) He can go on for like an hour! We have never trained him to do it, it's entirely his own idea:-)
