He has been such a bad dog today! It's been raining, but he has found some mouldy old apple windfalls, and is determined that we will be out there throwing them for him to fetch. He wouldn't come inside, he wouldn't let me dry his feet, he didn't want to do anything that was asked of him - he has learned the power of "No", and, it seems, there is nothing we can do right now. He was so muddy as well...all the floors have needed a good clean as well as the dog himself! It may be, of course that he can't see a lot - he is booked in for a haircut next week....

It's about time for another Lola having fun in snow shot! The most exciting thing in here life, by far, is chasing a ball, we have one of those plastic ball thrower things that launches the ball way further than you could throw it and the very sight of it converts her into something like Tigger on speed! So, yeah, wang the ball down the field and woosh - she's off like greased lightning
Raven loves to play fetch, but the sticks keep getting bigger and bigger. Yes, we still have snow in our back yard, but it'll all be gone soon.

We often have a game of fetch with a soft toy of Etta's choosing in the house after dinner ... not easy to photograph! This was a quick game in the yard ... I think Etta is starting to feel her age🤔🐾💕
I am definitely working outside of my comfort zone trying to get some action shots. I just couldn't get the colors to look right so I went with monochrome and am happy with the action going on in the shot.
