I'll be uploading more of this set as the night progresses. going to experiment with geometric shapes in the following edits, also I removed her belly button for fem bots around the world :P
Just something i did for a great album i just discovered.
I've always liked Robyn but never bothered to download her album cause i thought Dancing On My Own was okay but a little dull.
And Surprisingly it's the weakest track on the album imo, U Should Know Better & Dancehall Queen >>>>>>
Full Cover:
I made a really girly frame here :P
Key features are the elongated head, flowery shoulder panels, miniskirt-like side panels and heeled boot feet! Laa dee dah!
I wanted to make a girly frame for a while. The Pink Gunner was mighty pink and all, but I really only made that because I'd already made a minigun that was too big for any of the other frames I had in service. It was literally designed around the minigun and being able to hold it without falling over.
This frame however, was designed just to look very pink and feminine. It's not an aesthetic I've seen as an MFZ frame before. There's some influence from the Pink Power Ranger (or Super Sentai) and Phantasy Star Online's 'RAcaseal', ie girl/robot/ranger class.

Trix-E is a mechanoid (living robot being) from the Gigathonian cluster of planets. She has a cheerful and mildly sporty personality and is able to make friends easily. She enjoys aerobic activity and shopping for stylish armor mods and enhancements. Her career is in the (not-so)glamorous world of retail selling a variety of goods that robotic citizens need for their every day lives. She has a sister named Mag-E who is a weapons fanatic that she shares an apartment with. They get along well for the most part but can come to a squabble over conflict of interests, fashion, or hobbies.
On her back are a pair of omni-direction twin jetpacks. They are her most expensive upgrade that she had been saving credits for years to buy. They allow her to fly and hover short distances, making her the envy of her peers and eligible for certain athletic groups such as high tier aero gymnastics and hyper lacross. The second modification she purchased were the twin plasma blasters she wears on her wrists. A valuable self defense weapon for young lady bots like her, but she mostly wears them for looks.
Beneath her armor lies the many advanced mechanisms and circuits that compose a citizen of the Gigathonian cluster. Some of the intricate moving parts are fragile, yet easily replaced if damaged. Her bodies construction would equate to Earth technology about a century or two from the present. Her anatomy vaguely resembles that of a human, with some organs mirroring our own albeit in a much more cybernetic way with the visible part of her core showing in the base of her neck. Her equivalent of a blood stream would be her oil and coolant systems. She uses liquid cooling throughout her body with passive radiators in key locations like the back of her head, upper arms, and inner thighs. The harder she’s working the more heat flows from these vents. Like other similar mechanoids, she must undergo regular maintenance in order to retain peak functionality, similar to hygiene in humans. Gigathonians are able to detach limbs and open body panels to a certain degree with only mild discomfort. This helps when doing repairs or upgrades.
Her lower arms have compartments that the hands can retract into from which she can deploy an assortment of items, almost comical in scale from simple tools to weapons. The repulsor nodes on her shoulders are useful for deflecting lifes many jostles and bumps and aide her in mobility. Her shoulders contain maintenance panels filled with useful information and widgets. Her feet also contain repulsor nodules on the bottoms and backs of the heels to assist in maneuverability.
Today I am again combining two groups, You Wearing A Glass Bowl on Your Head and SHIRTOHOLIC - a shirt collector group.
The bowl on my head is a milk-glass (Pyrex) mixing bowl from my Hamilton-Beach Model E stand mixer. It was produced sometime in the 1940s. I still use the mixer.
The shirt is my team shirt from the Fembots, a kickball team in the LRKA. The Fembots was described as an "all-girl plus Dale" team for its first season. This was a special-order shirt, and there are probably fewer than 10 still in existence.

How I was shocked to see the real identity of Fembot revealed for the first time on TV when I was a kid! I was totally unprepared and blown away! This cute little one was released by Big Bang Pow in 2013, 7.8 inches tall. It is great that now I got one in real affordable price and perhaps I will get another one to take out of the card to play : )
First and foremost I do not own or am the creator or og designer, I replicated Hugebricks design of Kiri 3.0.

The symbolic and metaphorical associations between fashion and the superhero are explored in this exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Featuring movie costumes, avant-garde haute couture, and high-performance sportswear, it reveals how the superhero serves as the ultimate metaphor for fashion and its ability to empower and transform the human body. Objects are organized thematically around particular superheroes, whose movie costumes and superpowers are catalysts for the discussion of key concepts of superheroism and their expression in fashion.

Suddenly it all made sense to Walter; the neverending peppiness, the perfectly synchronized routines, the not eating in public, the way Debbie managed to jump start the team bus without any jumper cables that time at sectionals...

Khris Griffis and I took a little stroll down Main Street in Santa Monica tonight. We pretty much stopped at whatever caught our eye; flowers, cool signs, urinals and this really neat antique shop.
The place is called Jadis and seems to have tons or really neat antiques. There were some unpleasant signs including, "No Photography, No Cameras or Phones." Even better the store charges admission to come inside!
I decided to leave the scratches on the window, thought it was a bit relevant with the wall of rules posted at the front door. Plus that would have been a bit of a pain to work out!
If anyone knows any more info on the store, don't hesitate to share :)

“In my work I’ve always tried to make people look stronger than they really are.” The aerodynamic and robot-style looks invented by Mugler are now iconic. He took his inspiration from science fiction and comic-book heroines, from medieval armour and uniforms, from industrial design and futuristic vehicles. At the frontiers of reality, his automotive bodywork-clad creatures and cyborgs foreshadow transhumanist revolutions.
In 1989, Mugler presented his Hiver Buick collection in homage to the American Harley J. Earl, the designer of the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado’s famous tail fins. For it the couturier playfully devised detachable or “convertible” sheath gowns, “fender” bustiers and “radiator” belts, not to mention a “tail fin” bag.
Mugler later collaborated with Jean-Pierre Delcros, an aircraft bodywork specialist and Jean-Jacques Ureun, an industrial designer, in using novel techniques to create magnificent robot-creatures seemingly poured into chrome bustiers and Plexiglas catsuits. His all-time masterpiece is the Maschinenmensch [robot-woman]: in 1995, at his fashion house’s twentieth-anniversary show, the model, wearing a large hat and black chiffon gown under a purple satin evening coat, revealed her robotized body. Paying tribute to the character of Futura from the dystopian novel Metropolis—written in 1925 by Thea von Harbou and adapted for film by Fritz Langin 1927—the outfit required six months of intensive work. Like a crab’s shell, its body armour is jointed by way of pieces attached by leather and rubber, and a plastic internal framework facilitates its movements over skin.
These remarkable couture objects continue to fascinate. The chrome bikini, fembot outfit and crystal adorned gold bodysuit with matching articulated armpieces and glove have been immortalized by leading photographers, from Helmut Newton to Herb Ritts, and worn by numerous stars, from Beyoncé to Lady Gaģa.
Mugler’s Metropolis was designed by artist and set designer Philipp Fürhofer, Berlin.

I love the fun, campy spacegirl cheesiness of this pic! The outfit, the blank expression, it just screams "fembot!"
As a company, Reveniens fills a complicated and legally dubious niche in the Goodfellow Cluster's mobile frame marketplace. Although not technically a member company of the Free Allied Ergotocracies, they remain faithful to enough of the FAE's Best Practice Standards that they qualify for a special trade status that allows them to operate freely in FAE space and avoid many of the taxes levied against non-members. This status allows them to buy second-hand, damaged and decomissioned Phayze Fructifiation, inc. products at much lower prices than other non-FAE companies, work their particular brand of magic on them, and then sell them at absurd profit margins to parties that are unable to achieve the same special trade status or pay FAE taxes on mobile frames.
For this reason, Reveniens is frequently brought up in conversations that begin with talk of the Cluster's more unsavory elements, such as pirates, unlicensed mercenaries and, of course, the Etton Conglomerate.
The Nagini were built primarily for space combat, housing a large number of small verniers within the segments of the tail which provide extreme mobility in microgravity. On land, however, they are almost as effective and can use those verniers in concert with rapid tail movements to propel themselves at shocking speeds.

Originally, this was meant to be a modified version of my Alfar frame posted previously, but by the time I finished modifying it there was basically nothing left of the original, except a few parts in the head - oh, and they're both about the same height, so there's that. ^^;
"Naga", I discovered, is an interesting word. Most depictions of Naga that I found were female, which is odd because "Naga" actually refers to the males, and "Nagini" to females. I think the confusion comes from the very similar "Lamia" of Greek myth - a woman transformed into a baby-eating snake monster. Cool, right? This is why I use mythical names for my mechs - I learn a lot while wiki-walking to find the perfect name for a build. ^^
Anyway, ever since building Arcee a while back I've wanted to try building more "feminine" mechs, but I really wanted to avoid the cheesy fembot look. The snake tail helps to convey a long, lithe body, and gave me a nice cinching effect at the waist. Slim forearms and a narrow 1-stud torso enhance the effect.

No one knows where she came from or how long she's been around, but they do know this mechanoid is not to be taken lightly. In fact, if you ever see her striking silhouette in a back alley, you're encouraged to run away as fast as possible. XTCELLIA is a dangerous being who answers only to her own twisted desires. No one has died after an encounter with her, but all have had very interesting and disturbing tales to tell during extended Repair Station stays. Some recount how they were lured away by her seemingly endearing satellite drone and then toyed with mercilessly until she grew bored. Many were found unresponsive, facedown in pools of lubricant and hydraulic fluid with extensive damage to their lower valves and sensory wires. Repair technicians were puzzled, as it looked like the victim's sensory system was overstimulated to the breaking point and beyond. Others recall being pinned down by her magenta claws while her personal drone buzzed around, offering a mix of sweet encouragements and tearing insults in turn. One bot swore that her modified chest plates contained a powerful aphrodisiac that she can orally administer by removing her heart shaped valve covers. Many worried at how excitedly he recounted the tale, and then vanished soon after his repairs were completed.
Strange videos occaisonally end up appearing on RoboTube with every new string of victims. Blurry, arial shots of XTCELLIA assaulting and molesting unfortunate mechanoids show up on blank accounts for a few hours before getting removed. These videos are very popular in certain Web circles and always end up getting downloaded and reposted. No one has ever been able to trace a source for the original uploads. The only reason mechs have been able to identify their mysterious assaulter is the fact she makes her victims scream her name when they overload. She ends each video by blowing a kiss to the camera and laughing maniacally, a too-wide grin on her face. Her eyes, one blue and the other orange, would flash brighter as she exits the final shot, energy coursing through her frame. Mechs in online discussion threads wonder if she sexually attacks others as a form of energy harvesting, but no hard conclusions have ever been drawn.
XTCELLIA remains a menacing mystery, like a monster from a bad dream.
Now my Katie Action Figure looks authentic. Fembot never got a genuine decal during production. Thank you to Academy Art & Design for these Kenner Bionic decal action figure replicas.
