The chocolate fountain at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, brimming with thick, molten Callebaut Belgian chocolate...

 

Probably the only thing sweeter than this fountain was watching everyone's eyes light up when they saw it!

  

There were so many things I could have chosen to photograph for today's topic...

 

...but I chose to bring you this photo, taken at the Sisters of Mercy gig at the Corner Hotel last night.

 

I think that the lights are beautiful - they remind me of an aurora borealis, which is also beautiful, and something I hope I see in real life one day.

 

There is another reason why this represents beautiful for me, but I will keep that to myself for now.

For me, Christmas is the only time of the year I get to practice my handwriting.

Vanilla Coke makes me very happy. It's imported back in Ireland from America, costing over $3 for a small can. Here in Germany it's available by the litre for half that.
