Feb 20 (Mon) - Momofuku Seiobo. 15 courses with an extra surprise at the end. Well executed. Smart cooking. David Chang has palate. I was feeling ill so went for a juice pairing instead. There was one absolutely perfect match. Beetroot juice and the burnt wagyu and radish. We really enjoyed the degustation menu.
A little late to the FebPhotoADay party, but there ya go. I blame the groundhogs. All of them.
Late night hockey game + early morning publications at work = Zombie Mike.
Day 18: Drink.
My usual morning drinks: black flavored coffee, skinny water hi-energy, a kefir smoothie, and Ice Mtn water flavored with Mio.
