Hoy brilla como lugar de moda gracias a sus peculiaridades arquitectónicas y una seductora propuesta cultural y gastronómica. Los coloridos azulejos que revisten las casas del barrio del Cabanyal, además de decorativos, servían para proteger los edificios de la acción del salitre.
The Cabanyal neighborhood of Valencia is known for its peculiar urban fabric and its centuries-old houses that preserve popular modernism, related to fishing and its evolution, in an attractive walk full of anecdotes and highly recommended. Today it shines as a fashionable place thanks to its architectural peculiarities and a seductive cultural and gastronomic proposal. The colorful tiles that line the houses of the Cabanyal neighborhood, in addition to being decorative, served to protect the buildings from the action of the saltpeter.

A photo of an old rope processed with GIMP using G'MIC filters to warp and distort the image. Re-coloring and additional AI processing was then completed in Painnt. Final color-grading of the resulting abstract image was done in Darktable 3.6.0.
