Fashion Week at Lincoln Center

Repro vintage Barbie from the Peddler's Malll for $4. The suit I think is vintage but it was reproduced on 1997 too - so I can't really tell (it's most likely modern). It was Peddler's Mall for $2. I have the hat too but it's a bit ostentatious with a pony tail.

Fashion Fever day ! There were still boxed dolls in my collection and it's so hard to take some pictures when they are in the boxes. Here they are, what I never posted or pix wasn't good.

Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas as seen during its rennovation and expansion from a room at Treasure Island in April 2002. As part of the rennovation, Saks and Dillard's moved to newer and larger locations in the mall, and Robinsons-May, Macy's, and Neiman Marcus expanded and rennovated their existing stores. Nordstrom and a Bloomingdale's Home Store joined as well when the project was complete in late 2002. Originally Lord & Taylor was supposed to have moved into Dillard's old store, but in 2003 when they restructured, the plans were cancelled.

I loved the 80's. The decade had everything: great music, great clothes, great hair, my youth, everything. But maybe the 80's shouldn't come back.

Looking at this shirt I found buried in a drawer as I was cleaning and organizing to make room for new stuff made me think we should leave the past in the past.

I am glad it still (more or less) fits after over 20 years though.
