A custom build fallout Vault-Tec door which opens and closes to 'safely' shelter people from the nuclear winter!
I know fallout shelters were commonplace back in the day, but the fact that this is on an apartment building creeps me out a bit.
It also claims to fix some gameplay, quest and workshop related issues. Oh, and there’s some special Nvidia debris effect option too.

SUPPLIES TO SURVIVE NUCLEAR FALLOUT
It was expected that a minimum of two weeks within a shelter would be required to outlast unsafe radiation levels. Many supplies were required to sustain occupants through this period.
Food and Water - Supplies offered by the Office of Civil Defense came in the form of crackers, biscuits, and carbohydrate supplements. The shelter program goal was to stock 10,000 calories total per individual for the designated two-week shelter stay. Each occupant was rationed about 700 calories per day. Water was stored in 17.5 gallon metal drums with plastic liners. Each container was expected to provide five occupants with a quart of water per day.
Medical and Sanitary Supplies - Medical kits contained large amounts of basic medications and first aid materials. Sanitation kits provided basic necessities for dealing with living in close proximity with others and with limited resources. Items included a toilet seat that secured to empty water drums for use, toilet paper, and privacy curtains, among other items.
Combatting the Doldrum - Many fallout shelters were stocked with board games or other activities to give occupants something to do. Radios would hopefully provide some entertainment, while also giving important updates on outside conditions and world politics.
