I know fallout shelters were commonplace back in the day, but the fact that this is on an apartment building creeps me out a bit.

Those beta changes are now official changes, as patch 1.3 for Fallout 4 gets a general release.

Many old buildings in the Wheeling area still boast their fallout shelter signs.

Triadelphia High School was built in 1917 and served as such until all of Ohio County's high schools were combined in 1976 to form Wheeling Park High School. It then served as Triadelphia Junior High and is now Triadelphia Middle.
