Dyed Dragon's tail green with iDye Poly. It turned an amazing deep green in a couple of minutes. Sadly, where there were sand marks the dye came out a little darker. It's not really hugely noticeable but I thought I could easily cover it by blushing it. I was able to cover the darker spots but now I have a larger problem of scuffing MSC. I've received a couple of suggestions to try on brush on sealant in areas or try sealing the tail with mod podge. I'm not giving up but I think I'm going to move onto another project for now.

Hope is the beautiful balancing power which offsets disease, poverty, war. There is always Hope. Yet Hope is cruel and forces us to go on suffering and feeling what we suffer. To switch off, to go unfeeling, to give up hope, is far less painful and can be a way to survive. Yet again if we lose hope, we eventually die.

Her life for her is like a story that she read a long time ago...
It doesn’t feel like her life, it feels more like an actress playing a role...
She knows the lines, she knows what will happen in the script but she doesn’t know who she really is...
Sometimes she has these weird feelings, needs and images come in her mind, that don't make any sense to her...
It feels like someone stole her memories long ago...
She feels empty, she feels lost and she is also very afraid when she thinks about her self...
That’s why she is trying not to think about that and continues to play her role, her life....

I just love J&C entangled wigs so so much!!! They fit my girls characters perfectly and they are so well made!!!
This one is a Dark brown to a dark red ombre color.
I wanted to blur the concept of reality by placing a 1/4 ball jointed doll on a realistic 1/4 scale bicycle in surroundings that are made to appear as the same scale, challenging the viewer's perception of the truth of photography and how things are not always as they appear.
My images are fine art narratives using toys in human situations. Cultural references such as idioms, and societal references to Generation Y's obsession with self-image/narcissism, portray, convey, and question life and its challenges to the human condition. The images highlight my ability of using scale to mislead the observer, with the toys ranging from 1/4 size to 1/76 size.

Trying out horsey version of Lucywen! I couldn't resist the mint version! I keep calling her Horseradish so maybe that's her name. 😅 The centaur body is fun to play with! So much articulation!
I want to paint the body but it will probably have to wait for a while. For those of you who have, how hard is it to unstring the centaur? It seems pretty tight and I'm worried unstringing and restringing might flare up my elbow. I want her to have glittery copper hooves and to be blushed greens and browns. I wonder if it's possible to paint her while strung?

The only thing that bothers me is that the inside of the head is not marked with the name of the mold or else :/
Our little bat is almost finished :D Nanuri 2010 was always one of our grials but we wanted her without any modifications or previous face up. Cannot bealive is real!

Chloe, a very smart and highly observant person but weird and very unsocial.
When you see her you will think "oh, just a common girl" and you will forget her the next moment...
But if you meet her gaze you will notice something strange, something otherwordly. You will notice that her eyes are empty and this will disturb you...
Chloe has a deep understanding of the world, even though the world dosent understand anything about her...
She likes to just watch and observe others, people may think that she dosent care about them or that she is lost in her own world....
But she may even know everything about you....
Sometimes when you get to know her a little better you may feel that she is melancholic and depressed but maybe it is just because are you trying to explain the abnormal feeling you feel from her...
She also likes to spend time alone, usually writing and thinking.
But what does she write? What does she think about?
No one even knows....

Leeke order came in, and while one wig diedn’t worked out, the other one did <3 Dyed it a tiny bit though - gave her darker roots + dark grey hair tips. And yay fiber tail :D She’s slowly coming together.
Step one of many, many, many for this girl. I was able to make a face up I am happy with. My plan for her is for her to be silver dapples all over her centaur body, which is why she has them on her cheek bones. I ordered the alpaca fiber for her wig! She will have a dark gray with brown tips for her hair and tail. I'm so excited to see my vision for this girl come together! I don't have a name for her per-say, but I've been calling her Wish on my Pinterest board, so for now that's what she's called.
Yuma found Lunas cat tree, and decided to play around on it and show off her wig ;)
Took me aaaages to finish it up and in the end the colors were a lot duller than I planned the to be, but they still work out, I’d say :)
I finished the wings a few days ago so I wanted to photograph her outside. Brr, it was so cold! My poor hands! :<
Now that she's all painted I sort of feel meh about her, she's done and as usual with dolls that are finished I'm not sure I want to keep her anymore. It's not that I don't like her, it's just that she's finished and I want to move on to other projects. Hmm...we'll have to see for how long she stays :)
I'm going to name her Lana for now though. I think it suits her ^w^
So I'm just moving a box and my Fairyline centaur falls down on the floor and land in this glorious position. I laughed, and it's staying in that position for a while xD
Looks like my poor centaur had a rough day.
I am not sure if anyone has done this yet but.. I wanted to try the Fairyline male chest on a female Minifee body to see if it could work and what mods it might need..
Turns out; no mods at all! o.O It works! :D
So I decided to do a little comparison between the different minifee bodies before I sand the shoulders on my motion line to be more rounded. I hope this helps you guys to have a better chance of deciding which bodies to get if you are new to minifees or may need to add some more to your crew in the future :)
The busts the girls are wearing are Cutie bust, Large bust and Full bust x2. I do have Small bust and Glamour as well as the fairyline boy bust too but I didn't think they were important for the general body overview. This is also not a pose off, just an overall look ^^
