A poorly heated office, led to a power shortage, which led me to working from home today. I'm sure I'm more productive when I work from home. It was certainly warmer here!

Poorly Q-Park/Purple Parking Heathrow Scania Fencer F1 shuttle bus YN72ZPR gets a helping hand back to the Pits from J&A Recovery's very smart 2017 Scania 6x2 (+2) NR05WAP, fitted with NRC Quick-Swap breakdown equipment.

Medinilla magnifika . (thanks to Marinyu)

This was supposed to be a gingerbread house . . . I failed! After it collapsed, I just more or less threw sprinkles at it.

This was brought to the world's attention via the blog Hella Whimsical. Note the use of Comic Sans (I know, it's really a WTF moment). It's as if the office admin was asked to make a logo for a new retail store so he pulled up Word and centered a 24 point masterpiece in one big cliche and sent it to the sign shop. This is like having someone who only plays rock band write a song about the essence of music.

Looks like something that came from the gulf coast and the BP disaster!! This is the rubber(?) piece that holds the oil lines in the to of the clutch cover. It was badly warped and hard as a rock. I heated it with a heat-gun and got it flat again. Tried JB weld to plug the holes as I took the oil pump off. Terrible mess!! On to "Plan B".

My sister and her friend "tped" the house...

Wendy woke up early and began to bottle up our third batch of green

peach kombucha. Unfortunately this one tasted like "barf". Wendy

thinks she didn't add enough sugar. We are going to let the kombucha

sit in the plastic bottles for 5 days and see if the anaerobic

bacteria can help.
