This is a nice looking pannier, but not at all designed to actually stay on a rack. Mine falls off 2-3 times per day. Luckily no major accidents have been caused, and my laptop (which I now realize should not go in one of these) still works, but this thing was already falling apart, as well as falling off, after 1 month of use.
Might work as a short ride/market bag, but don't ride over any bumps or 10 mph. It IS, however, pretty effectively waterproof.
my freshman year in college I went on a road trip with 5 friends all over the Eastern US. one of our stops was in Panama City, FL. At the beach we attempted to do some poses with handstands. the failed attempts were hilarious! we have so many great memories together from this trip!
If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
— 1 Corinthians 13 (NIV)
Attempting to steal the Beholder’s treasure, a band of daring adventurers fall prey to the eye tyrant’s powers… and terrible string of bad luck. Grumman, the orc warrior, was the first to be hit by a petrification spell turning him to stone followed by Bappin, the halfling bard, who had his lute torn from this grip by the aberration’s telekinetic beam. Next, Silwynne, the satyress ranger, succumbed to the creature’s charm ray and is now in love with the abomination. Hope to save the day, Iris the mage unfortunately fumbled her magic potion spilling its potent contents at her feet. Meanwhile, Tirnoc, the elven rogue, had eyes only for the prize and was blissfully unaware his comrades’ struggles nor of the danger looming behind him.

I've had one hell of a bad year. Here's why I was kicked out of the Philippines for those that missed my Fail Festival presentation:

First attempt at suspension = FAIL. In this attempt, the el-wire is joined to baling wire. While the wire was stiff enough, it didn't scale well, and the wire tried to resume its original curled up shape.
The resulting oblong shapes are interesting, I'll admit, but too hard to replicate consistently, and in the end, just not what I'm going for. I'd like to investigate these shapes in the future, though.
Take a close look at the Fianna Fail election posters in Cork (this one is John Dennehy's) and you will see that they are printed in Dublin. Now, I have no doubt that Fine Gael, Labour, the Greens, etc. print their election posters in Dublin too. However, they have the good sense no to advertise the fact on their posters!
The Bridge was unsucessful project of Myanmar Military Regime. Built to replace world famous Goat Hteik Bridge but failed.

Final fail of Alpine Design bag 900-FJ-FH bought at Sports Authority. Pity, the bag still looks good. Too bad we could not find a place to register the observation. Maybe the brand owner finds it here.
