Holly Faerie is a OOAK beaded art doll. She is bal-jointed and has 13 points of articulation. She is made of Japanese glass seed beads, organic cotton thread & fiber fill, ahimsa silk thread, and Swarovski pearls. She is about 9 inches tall. There is a lot of interesting lore about the holly plant, I posted a little about that on my website, if anyone wants to read it, here is the link: faeriedustdolls.wordpress.com/2015/08/17/holly-faerie/

Beautiful North Wales Black Pearl Party - August 2013

FaerieWorlds festival near Eugene, OR on Aug 2, 2008.

Reminds me of Alice in Wonderland...the door is at the back of Ely cathedral.

I've tried to take people's comments into account and made some changes. Hope this is improved? :-)

I can't begin to describe the faerie pools, I have not done it justice here at all! The faeries pools are just amazing, and if anyone is ever in the Isle of Skye in Scotland, you have got to go and see them!

The Peatbog Faeries play The Old Fire Station, Carlisle, Cumbria

The Peatbog Faeries are a largely instrumental Celtic fusion band. Formed in 1991, they are based in Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.

Their music embodies many styles and influences, including folk, electronica, rock and jazz, - but their main influence is traditional celtic music. The band's unique sound is created through a mix of programmed effects and traditional celtic arrangements, played on bagpipes, fiddles, and whistles.

The band have twice won "Live Band of the Year" at the Scottish Traditional Music Awards and were nominated for "Live Band of the Year" at the BBC Radio 2 folk awards.

Sadly this was the last picture I took before I dropped my camera and it broke. :( And it was only lunchtime!! Oh well. Maybe more next year.

his year for Halloween Aubrey was a bumblebee faerie. I guess this is in keeping with last year when she was Tinkerbell. I am not surprised since Aubrey means "Ruler of the Elves". We bought her that outfit about a month ago, and she has been wearing it as much as she could get away with. I think it's one of her cutest dress up outfits!

Not super intimidating, to be honest.
