I've added a bit of faerie fun to an ordinary mundane ball point pen--and no one will mistakenly walk away with it. They may walk away with it on purpose instead!
I covered a 5 1/2" (13,97 cm) medium point black ink Bic Clic Stic with one of my favorite faerie calendar pictures, saved for their beautiful art, and overlaid micro-beads to give it that special faerie sparkle. The twinkly pen charm was made using fresh water pearls, glass beads, seed beads, tube beads, crystal rondelle spacers, pewter kenyan beads, sterling crystal head pins, sterling flat diamond chain, and a rubber o-ring. The pen charm is approximately 2-2 1/2" (5,08-6,35 cm).
The Peatbog Faeries play The Old Fire Station, Carlisle, Cumbria
The Peatbog Faeries are a largely instrumental Celtic fusion band. Formed in 1991, they are based in Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.
Their music embodies many styles and influences, including folk, electronica, rock and jazz, - but their main influence is traditional celtic music. The band's unique sound is created through a mix of programmed effects and traditional celtic arrangements, played on bagpipes, fiddles, and whistles.
The band have twice won "Live Band of the Year" at the Scottish Traditional Music Awards and were nominated for "Live Band of the Year" at the BBC Radio 2 folk awards.
Anxiety Faerie from Snotnormal on Etsy (free shipping)
This doll is an Anxiety Faerie. Anxiety Faeries will absorb all angst and dread from an anxious person. They come from a mythical land far, far away, where people have piles of ugly, tedious paperwork and cars with dead batteries, and bosses from Uranus. A land with things called global warming, Fukushima, and WalMart, and root canals, and Miley Cyrus . . . and where are all the bees going, anyway?

Stunning silver tiara band featuring statement silver leaves as a backdrop for the beautiful Lucite flowers. Colours are blue, purple, green and ivory in flower form and in crystals and pearls. A mix of flower types have been used including peony, anemone, snowdrops and lilies.
A real statement tiara!
I've had this faerie hanging from one of my trees long enough for it to have an old weathered look. Processed the photo with Photoshop.
I will have these photographed and listed tomorrow :) These locks are super strong and full of rag-tag awesomeness. They were inspired by Agnes from Junk City in the Labyrinth. I wanted to create a dreadlock with little bits and pieces of the past... there are scraps from so many projects and yarn snippets from a lot of gnome hats! These locks are made from the same high quality farm wools, all washed and either left natural or dyed by me, that are in the original Faerie Spun Dreads. They are twice as thick as the original and have a less sleek, more natural finish.
