(Swedish: Nääs Fabriker) A historic mill setting, the first spinning mill was built in 1833. The water is Tollered's stream which power was obtained from. During the textile crisis in the 1970s the mill had to shut down.
Since 1990 the property company Ernst Rosén has transformed Nääs Factories into an area with a hotel, conference centre, sauna facility, restaurants, offices, shops, a café and charging stations for electric cars. One of the restaurants with an outdoor seating can be seen to the left.

This location opened on March 10th, 2004 (originally located here) and closed on February 28th, 2024, relocating here; it was originally a Welcome Food & Drugs, which opened in May 1988. The store was sold to Farm Fresh in December 1988, who converted it to a The Grocery Store on March 22nd, 1989 and a Rack & Sack on April 30th, 1994, which closed on December 30th, 2000; additionally, a Drug Emporium was added to the store on November 5th, 1995, which was originally located here. Outside signage was replaced in 2015 and the building was repainted in 2019. Part of the space became an Academy Sports + Outdoors on May 12th, 2025.
