The shot was taken on River Street in downtown Savannah,Georgia's historic district.The street shown here is in an area called Factors Walk where there are a series of iron walkways connecting businesses on two or three story buildings.Back in the the mid- 1850s,Savannah was the leading exporter of Savannah for the entire world.There were men who were responsible for setting prices for cotton and other exports called "factors",hence the area's name.
There are also ghost tours conducted in Factors Walk because,supposedly,there have been sightings of paranormal,dark shadowy figures from times past lurking about its streets 👻
This friendly young guy gives us a demonstration on one of the flutes he made.

A macro view of four square beads and their distorted reflection in a convex reflective surface, taken for the Macro Mondays group theme, "Reflection." The frame represents a span of 1¼ - inches across.
Strobist/technical info:
The scene is a 9-image focus stack composite. It was illuminated by two Nikon SB900 speedlights CL/CR, fired in Manual mode @ 1⁄64 -0.7EV power through Neewer 24" soft boxes.
A steady green LED was shown from 9-o'clock onto the background to create the green tones. The LED was diluted in the background by the flash, but not its reflection.
The SB900s were triggered by PocketWizard Plus X flash triggers.
Lens: Tokina AT - X M100 AF PRO D (AF 100mm f / 2.8 Macro).

These ships are the shrimp kotters WR 12 and WR 212 in the fishing harbor of Den Oever. The WR 12 is in the dock for maintenance. See the painter. The WR 212 just arrived in the harbor. See both fisherman cleaning the nets so that the nets can dry. Both ships were built in 2017 and delivered in 2018. Den Oever, 2019.

I love Ranunculus, densely layered, and this bloom opened beautifully, not always evident, their stems are extremely delicate and do tend to just collapse before the bud can open into a gorgeous voluptuous bloom...
