Paul's dad again (Paul chose the cake!). The expression is because he had intended to pretend to blow out the candle for a photo, but blew it out for real :)
It's my dad's birthday today. Mum asked him what he'd like to do this afternoon. He said he'd like to come to our house to play Donkey Konga and Buzz! The Mega Quiz. Clearly a good idea by any standard. This was Mum attempting La Bamba on the bongos.

This morning we went to Dartington Cider Press, which is actually just some shops - but unique and excellent shops. We bought some pieces of cake for our tea and this evening I tackled this enormous slab of white chocolate cheesecake, which was fantastic!
Got lots of decent pictures at Paignton Zoo today, but I think this one of Paul photographing giraffes sums up the day best!
Not my finest photo, sorry, but I think it shows the slight terror in Paul's eyes when faced with Guitar Hero. He soon left it to Martin and I, though he'd like to give the drums a go when Martin gets the other instruments in the set :)
