Wrangell, Alaska - June 20, 2007 - Alaska Native owned and operated Alaska

Waters Incorporated announced the arrival of their new 22 passenger jet boat

, the Chutine Warrior. The increasing popularity of the company’s eco

-adventure tours prompted the corporation to increase its passenger capacity.

With more visitors forecasted, the new, larger vessel will allow the

company to host their guests in greater comfort and create new regional

tour products.

The Chutine Warrior is the only jet boat in Central Southeast Alaska to

offer passengers the comfort of a head (marine flush toilet) and galley

with optional table and forward facing seating. Twin 355 Horse Power Cummins

diesel engines give the vessel a cruising speed of 43 knots and 50+ knots

top speed. Company executives, working with Bentz Boats of Lewiston,

Idaho, designed

the new jet boat. Referred to as the “Cadillac of Jet Boats”, the vessel

offers a new level of service in the region to visitors seeking to explore

Alaska’s rugged wilderness in comfort.

Alaska Waters Inc. is Central Southeast Alaska premier charter and eco-tour
